What's your favourite Chicken recipe?

I LOVE chicken! We live on a property & get all our red meat (lamb and beef) for free and as much as I like red meat (I prefer beef) I have to have chicken at least once a week. When it comes time to have chicken I seem to run out of ideas fast - don't know why because I see so many great recipes but I don't seem to have what I need in the cupboard or fridge at the time and we live 1/2 hour drive from a supermarket. Do you have a favourite chicken recipe that you want to share? Do you have a really simple and easy recipe that can be made from what you have at home?

I love chicken and like to eat it often. I have several ways to prepare it. Baked, stir-fried with veggies over rice, cooked with rice as a skillet meal fried or grilled. I like it in Tetrazzini, or in a salad. It is also good in Sour Cream chicken enchallads or King Ranch Chicken.

Once a week??Hi.My name is lonewolf and I am a chickenaholic.I love chicken.Since I decide what to make/eat for dinner,I usually have chicken 2 or 3 times a week and usually just shake and bake or fry.Now,I love red meat as well(I am basically a meat and potatoe guy),but give me fried chicken with the skin slightly burnt and I will love you forever.Please do not mind my drooling....

Hi, yes once a week - at least! lol
I could live on chicken every night but we like to use what we get for free so we eat more red meat than white. My hubby is a meat and veg guy too so I don't get too adventurous often, but I do like to change the menu occasionally!

I love chicken so much, I eat chicken twice a week , we have many recipes for chicken , very soon, I will provide you with chicken recipe ....I can make very delicious recipes with chicken , as I stay in India we use lot of mirchi ....

I love chicken too and I probably have it a couple times a week. lol
meals with chicken are - these are my favorite
chicken sandwich with whatever
chicken, peas and yellow rice - all mixed together
Chicken alfredo
chicken tacos/burritos
chicken, black beans and white rice with a salad and bread roll
lemon chicken
chicken wings in different flavors
chicken salad
buffalo chicken wrap
thats all i can think of right now

Two recipes I fall back on for ease and because I always have the stuff on hand; lightly dusted with seasoning salt and grill on the barbeque and baked in the oven with simply a can of cream of mushroom soup poured over it. The grilled chicken I can just throw any veggie I have with it and call it a meal. The soup recipe I serve over rice and like to have just a tossed green salad with it.
