does anyone know a good food or fruit or veggie that can really spike your metabolism! i heard of tomatoes and folic is a good choice! also any weight lose natural food!

B6 is a great vitamin for energy and metabolism.....i suggest taking one tablet a day! also, for weightloss, take a probiotic supplement to aid in digestion

Hi! Im not sure if it can make you lose weight but I guess it does in the long term. I know that Bananas can spike your metabolism and it also depends on the persons body on how they take the fruit. I know that whenever I eat bananas, after about a few hours I already feel the effect. My Dad also has bananas in his diet. He eats a banana for dessert after every meal. Its a success for him since his metabolism always work over night and its a guarantee that he'll have an effect in the mornign when he wakes up. If you're looking for ways to lose weight then I guess you're on the right path with the fruits. When you're looking for quick ways to lose weight naturally then nothing beats excercise, otherwise, I guess you'd really have to take the pills or the herbal teas that guarantees to make you lose weight. The effective, tried and tested pills are expensive though. Well, goodluck in your personal goals.HAve a nice day.^_^

Well Pineaples are not only delicious but they burn grease (not harmful to your body, don't worry). So that is a good way to stay skinny/healthy, not to mention its a delicious fruit!
