Are you alergic to any food ?

I am not allergic to anything food-related. I'm very thankful as I love all different kinds of food. By the way, im not sure where you live and eat, but Applebee's uses Pineapple juice as sweetners in some of their pies and desserts. Im not sure how allergic you are, but I would check before eating anything like a fruit pie or compote there.

I have an alergy to peanuts. The last time I ate nuts my husband had to rush me to the hospital. I ended up having 2 injections (that hurt), and 2 lots of pills. I have to be so carefull now to make sure that there is not even a trace of nuts in anything that I eat... :-)

To the best of my knowledge I am not allergic to anything. I may have some allergies that I am not aware of though. I have never had an allergy test done.

Last year I went for an alergy test referred by my doctor because I went to him complaining about getting a lot of headaches and he told me it could be an alergy to food. When I got my alergy test done, I couldn't believe that I was alergic to so many things! I had the specialist write down everything that I got a reaction from and he listed them as... Yeast, dairy product, corn (cornsyrup, cornstarch), eggs, beef, celery, bananas, oranges, strawberries, caffeen. Not only did that all show up but so did grass, feathers and some other things but since this discussion is about food I'll try to stick with that. After my reactions showed up I had to stay 20 minutes after the test and this was manditory for all patients incase they react and that's what I did. I reacted so badly that my throat felt like it was closing up and he had to give me a shot with an Epi pen. I had to stay away from all of the reactant for two weeks then slowly reintroduce them into my body to see what I was really alergic to. I slowly started trying those things again and found that most of them were okay. I have never had celery since and I haven't really had too many headaches.. well I have but not as severe as before.
