it never happened to me. but i think its starnge. may be the waiter likes you, but he did so? if he did so, he should bring the same for two of you. its true that your BF felt so bad after this.

that is not unfair at all!! in fact i should say u r very lucky. if the waiter said he ll do something special for you there should be no reason why your boyfriend's face should turn green.. he should be proud of you..

no I have never heard of this happening before, except maybe preparing a special plate for a small child. It would be nice I would be flattered and I would just share with my boyfriend anyhow.

That has never happened to me. Occasionally, a waiter my talk more to me or look a little longer at me, than at my hubby. The same goes for the hubby when it is a waitress...or a store clerk, etc...but, I can honestly say I have never been that openly hit on in front of my hubby and neither has he in front of me. Sheesh! The nerve! LOL! However, weren't you a little flattered even though it was inappropriate? LOL! It probably would have given me a little more pep in my step! LOL!

Anyway, that never happened to me. not that I can remember. But I really wouldn't mind if it often happened, regardless of how my boyfriend would feel. I have had similiar experiences where my service would be better than my wifes, and she wasnt pleased either. To me, those that are truly the best in the food service field, dont do that but treat everyone fairly and equally. I think it would be one thing if you were there by yourself, and the shake came with it or whatever, but being there with someone the service should be the same. I would think that if the waiter were trying to gain your attention, he wouldnt start by offending the people that you care about.

haha wow!! you sure got the attention of the waiter. :) did you thank him for the extra cherry? :) it has not happened to me if i was with my boyfriend.. but it happened when i am alone with girlfriends, in Mcdonalds we got an extra nuggets delivered and we said we already got our orders.... the waiter shrugged and said its okay the order is for you.

wow! that's great at least you will always get an extra if he is there always but I'm sure not good for your boyfriend! LOL, I have not experience that,I wish I would..Joke! Maybe he is very attracted to you and can't help to express his feelings!

wow someone had the hots for you. You should of took the cherry while the waiter was watching and put the stem in your mouth so your boyfriend could eat the cherry lol. That was nice of him to give you so much extra.

haha.. The waiter is clearly flirting with u and showing favourtism.. haha.. But the waiter is right ina way, because your order came with everything that u asked for.. LOL ^_^ As for your bf, he should feel happy because thw waiter praise u in front of him.. hehe.. And this kinda thing din happen on me b4, but i make it happen to others b4 when i used to be a waiter.. LOL

how lucky you are. most of the event if the waiter get attracted with the customer they add something that can turn you on. if i were on the side of the waiter, of course i will do the same. your boyfriend is unlucky because no one will do like what the waiter did unto you. LOL

Hehe, your boyfriend must be very proud of you. You see you must be very pretty or beautiful for you are admired by other people. I think its not unfair to your boyfriend especially if you share yours with him, lol At least he wont pay extra for the extra cherry and strawberry shake...

I guess the waiter liked you, only you, not both of you. I am a witress but i do not flirt with women's husbands/boyfriends because i am used to having hair on my head ... plus it's not nice. It happened to me once but with the bartender from a pub. Lucky for him my boyfriend didn't see the obvious flirty signs. Otherwise you could be able to see the bartender's face on the 5 o'clock news. The waiter was a bit rude ... either he brought something for the both of you or nothing at all.

that was very rude of this waiter to flirt with you so openly with your boyfriend right there. I would have simply laughed and shared the extra stuff with my boyfriend. I'm lucky though, my husband would have just laughed to and then teased me all day about the guy flirting with me.

no, it never actually happens to me before... you are so lucky and your bf should be proud of you instead of jealous... it is not unfair at all... may be you can share a little bit of your extras just to make your bf feel happier and not complaining anymore... :-)

This has never happened to me ether as so may have said. Your waiter was very rude to your boyfriend. You were being hit on and should have let the waiter know that his advances weren't wanted. The waiter would not have been given a tip or if he was he would get a penny to show him that his services were not right.

I would have asked for an extra straw, traded dishes with my BF and hope the waiter got the point! I think it was VERY rude of him to behave that way with your BF sitting there. An extra cherry on top would have been okay, but all the other put it over the top and was insulting to your BF.

awwww... hmmm yeah a thing happened to me and bf before. We were in a restaurant for our lunch and they have this special drink that i love. It was a girl who took our order and was staring at my bf. I was the one talking to her but kept staring at him so I just didnt say anything but to observe. I ordered two of that drink. She came back with our food and i smiled because my drink was a large size. Disappointed, the waitress gave it to my bf the bigger glass. I frowned and looked at the girl because she's obvious, she's seeking for an attention to be noticed. The best part was after she gave us the food and everything we need. From no too far, i know she's still staring at my bf. My bf did was he gave me the bigger glass that the waitress gave her and he had my drink. yeah he swapped. After that he kissed me.. lolz... the waitress was shocked i guess and embarrassed. She thought were only friends! so huh! she made a mistake on that one! lolz...

Maybe the waiter is the a relative of the owner or he is the owner that's why he can give you such bonuses. he's flirting with you and n a very romantic way to. With chocolates and strawberries ^^. Well, just maybe he likes your charm and attitude towards him and he let you see how much he appreciates it. Anyway, what he did is not disrespectful and if I may say it's quite flattering. Enjoy it and hopefully you get a second serving.
