My asiatic Lilies are now about one foot tall and it will be a few weeks I think then I'll have some flowers maybe. It's been a lousy start this spring with Minnesota snowstorms up until last week even. So most things here are very slow growing. But it has been sunny and fairly warm recently and things are growing a lot better now. Last year I had flowers on my Lilies mid May. This woodpecker ornament was bought at an auction and looks so cute amoungst the Lilies I think. What do you think? Are things growing slowly in your are due to a long winter? Many flowers in bloom for you at all?

Bummer. I wished you had my green thumb girl. It's too long of a drive for me to come out there and do a flower bed for you with weeding it, watering it, feeding it etc each day. HAHAHAHA!!

Most of our wild flowers have about passed. I'm still seeing some of the ones that linger later in the spring, but the bluebonnets are about gone and I'm starting to see some of the early summer flowers.
Well, what can you expect from Texas?

I have no idea but probably the ground and such is still too cold or was because of the long hard winter you were having, just like here in Montreal.
