favorite mexican dish to eat

YUM! We LOVE any kind of Mexican food, but I don't think I've ever had a Chimi-changa. How do you make them?

I enjoy eating spicy food so mexican food has always been something I loved. I like ordering fajitas at restaurants but my favorite would have to be tamales. I love it when a restaurant brings the homemade chips and salsa to the table. To be honest I haven't really had a mexican dish that I didn't like.

I really don't have a favorite Mexican dish actually, Mexican foods are really spicy I like they like it that way.. I will eat it though if nothing else.. Chimi-changa with chicken or beef. does sound really good though... Now I am really hungry...

Right there with you on that one, that is also my favorite. I have yet to find a good restaurant here in NYC believe it or not. Growing up in South East Colorado spoiled me for Mexican food. Oh how I miss my beef Chimi-changa, can you mail one? I have a microwave, I can reheat it. LOL It has been well over 10 years since I hit a good Mexican restaurant. Ainge

I love fajitas too and nachos but enjoy a really good chille con carne too. I went to a mMexican restaurant last week and even though the food was good and tasty there just wasn't enough of it, last time I went I enjoyed my experience and had enough food but I won't go again. I did mention the fact that before the dishes were piled high which was the reason I had gone back but this time left disappointed and still hungry. Ellie :D
