Are you facing this in your work place, how are you dealing with it?

I have inplaced a policy prohibiting disscussion on politics during work hours or on company grounds. I have had to break up to many arguments on who's voting for who and that sort of things so Itell my empployess to save that stuff for luch breaks or after hourse when they leave.
