Are you a good sponsor?

I am just curious as to how many of you actually get help from your upline? Do you even know who it is? Do they ever help you, or try to place anyone under you? About the only place I have ever had a helpful upline, is in the new site that I joined recently! Because of her example I have been working harder to be a great sponsor! Check out my profile to see the site I am talking about! Its listed on the top right of the profile page! How about you, do you get any help from your sponsor, and are you a good sponsor? What do you do to help?
