What's your stress-free therapy?

You know, the thing that you always do when you're stressed out or feeling down? For me it's shopping and eating People say that it's a waste of money but I say it's worth it. It makes me stress relieved, happy and light-hearted. It beats hiring a shrink for tons of dollars an hour just to hear my rant (my friend is better at doing that and she doesn't even ask me for a dime ), and much cheaper too. So what do you do when you're stressed out and need an instant lift?

For me it's definetly shopping. I love to just go to the store and buy something for myself when I'm down. Sometimes I change my hairstyle or color when I'm really down. It just makes me feel better.

Hi yona. I really don't mind physical stress but when I'm too overwhelmed with mental stress, I go to the garden and just two hours from there helps me. The weeding helps. When everything's just quiet and I just pull out those weeds, it helps clear up my mind. Make me think more clearly. But when going to the garden is impossible, like today because it's been raining hard the whole day, I pick up one of my favorite romance books and find a cozy spot.
