how much should you drink every day??

water is essential to good health..yet need vary by individual..so how much you drink everyday?..

Yes water is essential for good health and if your body become dehydrated then you are hospitalised to put glucose in you intravenously. So it is better to drink at least 6-8 glasses of water in order to keep the balance of water in the body. I personally drink 6 glasses at least every day.

The human body is 50-75% water.depending a person's age.in general,if we should loss more 3%of our water content,we become dehydrated.so to compensate the daily loss of water we must drink at least two litters of water.water helps regulate and maintain body temperature.water transports nutrients and oxygen and removes waste products and toxins.it moistens and lubricates our moth,eyes,lips,nose,skin,joints and digestive tract.if your body does not get enough water you risk dehydration.so you have to drink adequate water to meet the body's requirements.thanx.

yes, thats very true. no living things can live without water. I drink a lot. every day i drink at least 8 glasses but i normally drink 12-16 glasses a day. I can't stand without having a bottle of water by my side doesn't matter where i am, be it at home or outside. I will carry a bottle of plain water along with me wherever i go.
