Hello everyone! I am sure,there must be a many like me around the world who are great nature lovers,and the fact that Mount Everest,the highest summit on earth, these days is no more a paradise as it once was,mainly because of thousands of people venturing there,must be making you all deeply concerned? Are you all aware of the fact that the only thing which cannot be cleared easily,even by carrying out tours to clear the peak,are those of thousand of tonnes human excreata,which cannot be decomposed and falls open once the snows melts in the summer? Please do share all your thoughts and ideas on the same,or any additional information on the same;

I knew there was a litter problem up there, with people not removing and taking back the things they have used and discarded. I think that is very bad and disrespectful both to nature and to other people who want to visit the highest peak. I never thought about bodily waste but of course it will freeze and not decompose in those conditions! I don't know the answer to this, it would not be nice for anyone to have to carry it away. I think it may start to decompose once the snow starts to melt in the summer. People who climbs the mountain and leaves things there are not nature lovers and are not considerate towards other people. They are just selfish and should not be allowed on the mountain.

This is absolutely sad to know,something like that is happening,not only in Mount Everest,but everywhere else in the world,where ever mas has managed to set his foot,and not mention of phenomena like global warming and so on.

I am too a nature lover and mount everest is one of the best and highest peak in the world. BUt you are true to point out the fact behind the excreata. In summer the snow might be melting and the waste would be making the rivers water dirty. It should really be checked and govt should take some steps for this.
