do you work with Linux ?

I work on win 98 and win xp with sp2 but never used linux from the begining I have been using windows and now its difficult to change so I am continuing with windows. NO idea about linux versions

you should install fedoro 8 it can be copied from any friend it is free and very good to use

Right now i am using Vista, I have used WinXP with SP2. I have two Linux systems installed on my laptop . On is Solaris by Sun microsystems and one is Ubuntu. Then u have RedHat Linus also. If you want use it for the developement purpose then Solaris is the best as it comes wiht the default IDE for Java, C , C++ etc. Even ubuntu is good for the beginers. As while using Ubuntu , You can access your Windows files also which is normally not posssible(it is possible but u will have to mount those drive). So start with Ubuntu or RedHat and then go for Solaris

yes i have worked with linux, but i prefer windows and that too vista as its much better, well fedora is good if you are planning for linux.
