Dear Venkat.....Chakras huh?
I always thought I was just passing gas.....I always am inspired immediately after said activity.
I'm just teasing!!!!!!!! I don't know if I am qualified to say that it is my Chakras and that they are in perfect aLIGNMENT , OR NOT......
But what I do Know is that when I meditate , which I haven't done in a few weeks .......I believe One could say that I am " in tune " with the Universe.
I can put my self in beautiful places and fully experience it's surroundings.

oh really..did u watch those videos then...it explains those energy wheels inside u...meditation is one which awakens the kundalini or the serpent inside u...just watch it..u will have a better idea :)

thanks for providing the links, I have always been interested in chakras, but I never really tried releasing any of the energy though, but I think I will start looking into it more closely now.
