Chives, chives, and more chives!

So far, I've had chives raw and in a chive sandwich. I use chives, mayo, and bread. My favorite ways to use them are in potato salad and in meatloaf. I have 4 clumps of them. What are your ways of using chives?

Chop them and put them in sour cream or plain yogurt. Refrigerate for a few hours and use it for a vegetable and/or chip dip.

I usually add mine in a savoury Chinese style pancake with chinese sausage and dried shrimp. After pan-frying them with a little bit more oil than usual, I take them with sweet chilli sauce. YUM!
