My daughter just loves Harry Potter. She thinks it is great to imagine all the crazy adventures that they have. I don't have a problem with letting her read the books or watch them. I think they are great. I have even taken her to see the movies.

Not a bad series of books. I don't understand the addiction that some have to it -- but it certainly makes for a good introduction to reading, and to Science Fiction and Fantasy in general.
