How do print from the internet page?

I am doing family tree research and I am trying to print right from the internet page, but it won't let me, nor can I copy and paste it into word to print it out.
How can I get this done? I need this cencus record.

some websites are protected so that you cannot copy and paste, and print, and you might be able to do it. Remember you are breaking copyright laws if you try to copy and paste an entire page on the internet.

NO, it took me to the page to print from here and then I just heard a blip like it was on a pop-up block and when I went to see, it was not blocked. It even gives my the instructions on how to print, I followed those directions and it STILL couldn't print.
