A friend was just told me that weekends are utterly boring? I disagree with it as I think there are lot of things you can do to make weeknds more enjoyable. It could be cooking, reading, spending time online, with friends, spending time with children and spouse or just doing some hobby that interests you. I think if we plan the weekends well, it would never be boring. So do you get bored on weekends?

True. Weekends for me is meant to be spent with our friend and love ones especially when we are working already and are busy during weekdays.

You'll really get bored if you do nothing on a weekend. I usually go to my previous house mates' every weekend. I avoid boredom through that. We play frisbee, watch movies and many more. There's one weekend when I wasn't able to visit there that was really bored. That was the first time that I felt the "home sick" thing. I was alone on my apartment then. I've learned getting bored on weekends is relative to our activities. :)

Most of my weekends are boring no matter how well I plan it. And I seldom hang out with friends because I don't know how to dress smart and I'm kinda fatty person. Even no mood to go out and see people pointing/staring at me like a big animal!!! How I wish I can be like you.. Sigh.

I agree with you completely, the key to having an unboring weekend is planning. Usually I spend Saturday catching up on housework but I like to do something on Sunday, even if that something is done at home. Cooking something that takes a lot of time to prepare is a treat since I enjoy cooking and don't have a lot of time during the week. Visiting family where you can kick back and relax is also something my husband and I enjoy.
