Are women needy creatures?

i think some people use needy to mean overly needy like nobody should have to hold your hand for any and everything but i think some times it nice to have that reassurence...aint nothing wrong with wanting and expecting attetion from your partner so dam the river for all that talk of men or women for that matter saying that needy is too much
