Have You Ever Prayed ...

Yeah, there are a lot of people who needs our prayers. The streetchildren, the victims of abuse, calamities and many more. We have to pray for them. Each night before I go to sleep I say a little prayer. I always try to mention these people. Though I may not know them but I know they need help and prayers more than anything!

hey assani..how are you? thats was a very fine job you did.theres dearth of such attitude everywhere. ofcourse i do pray...two-three times a day....and they are small liners only.the thing is i just ask for forgiveness to god...am not asking for anything else. but there were days when i prayed a lot...i used to pray for everybody i knew.then i realised mere praying doesnt help.if you keep yourself good,thats the finest service...and you are really doing somone good.

Hi aasani, We are always praying because life itself is a prayer. When you saw that man, and wanted to help him, God knew it and that was your prayer. Prayer is action more then words, whenever you can help someone in need, do it because that is real prayer. Blessings.

I pray and try to pray without ceasing but know that I can't. I pray by name for people I know. I pray by name of friends of my friends, that are mentioned in needs. I pray for me. I pray for my children and family and friends and friends loved ones and their "enemies". I pray for all things whether it be my happiness or my financial health or my health, or my spouses, or for me to be able to sleep or for me to feel better I pray for my husband to feel better I pray for my childrens attitudes. I pray for the thankfulness I need to have and the knowledge to appreciate all that I have. I pray for acceptance, patience, kindness and always try to be kind. Do You know on Monday I encountered what seemed to me to be one hyper active young man around the age of 8 or 9 in the Mother's Day Card isle SINGING and SINGING. I didn't know why but I was disturbed over his breaking my "PEACE" while I tried to read cards and pick one? He happily sang and sang every second he was there. What seemed like an eternity to me no one said anything, and "they were about to leave" His sibling and Mother as well. I stopped this boys cart as he was about to leave with Mom and sibling behind them and I said Your MOUTH has been going on and on and I just want YOU to know I am so glad YOUR HAPPY. and I hope Your Mom is able to remember HOW HAPPY YOU are too. The Mom said Thank You before the child could and they left. I was so disturbed but I didn't think it fair for me to be mean because I was disturbed. I wanted to somehow pass niceness along since I can only imagine how if I had a child that carried on some I probably could have tolerated that but that if I had one that carried on and on all the time I know friends with hyper children that have almost no tolerance. I do pray for this boy and his family thinking they probably need it. Not because he is bad but because sometimes people need a little PEACE. I pray for the teeth of my children even in hopes that they care for them that they may last them a lifetime. I even pray for their sight because I know that if they don't take care of their eyes with the contacts we provided for them or they bought for themselves they will have issues and pay a high price if they have problems with sight. I pray for people I don't know and people I have never met and people I probably will never meet but I pray anyways. Because really we can all use another prayer. God Blesses!
