I have been working in a company for almost one year. But I feel more and more distresed in recent days. I don't like this job and feel scared to get up in the morning. But if i quit it i have no idea what i can do. I would like to be a teacher and i belive i can do it better. But in my country there are so many "neccesary requirements" for those who are not graduated from a normal university. i've no idea what i should do right now.

Most definitely do not quit your job without sufficient funds to support yourself. And what is it that scares you in the morning? In a way I can relate. Are you afraid you are stuck in this job you hate? If so and when you can afford it go back to school for the teaching thing. Do they offer night courses that you can take while you are still employed at your current job? The best advice I can give you is I know a job is a means of making a living, but a career is something you enjoy. There are certain aspects about the job I have that I do not like (low pay, stress, etc) but I know I make a difference in people's lives. But i need to find a way to make a difference in my own. So see you are not alone in this at all. Like others have said have faith in yourself and check your options.

Think outside the square! If you want to do something all you have to do is make the first move and the rest will follow. You may be scared and think you can't do it but you have to have a little faith in yourself.

Hi there icyoghurt! I think that you should take a break first. have some time to re-evaluate things and think. Maybe when you come back with body and mind refreshed, you can be more decisive. Good luck and God bless.

Don't quit until you find yourself a new job, the best way for you is to look for new job soonest possible whilst working. If you wanna be a teacher, just go ahead with it. You never know how far you can go if you don't try :)
