Hi Guys, I'm anto from Indonesia. Have you ever tried a food called Nasi Gila. Basically it is similiar with Fried Rice (nasi goreng), but the different is on how to cook the rice. In Nasi Gila the rice is not fried, but leave as a white rice. But, the spices is cooked, where the ingredients are red union, chili, garlic, ginger, salt, sugar that all mixed together into one mixture. And the mixture is cooked with others like meat, sausages, beef it depends on your taste. After that, the rice and the fried mixture is serve together in one plate. The food is very tasty and delicious.... you guys have to try it. Have you ever eat that food? please share your experience if you have.
