OMG My mother is coming home!!!

Just kidding. My mother is coming home from England next week. She has been over there since January 24th and is coming home for my nieces high school graduation. I can't wait to see her again. I will be glad when she moves back home for good. We miss having her here all the time. I get to talk to her every day and we chat online as well but it just isn't the same. No matter how old you get, there are still times that you just need a hug from your mom. And my mom gives terrific hugs.

Congratulations for the chance to see your mother again. Im happy for you. You are right its really different when you get to hug and see her personally.
My mother is also away from me, we get to see each other at least once a year. I am also hoping for the time that we could see more often especially now that she is old already...

My mom is trying to get things arranged to where she can stay in the states all the time. That will be so nice. They are wanting to move to Texas. That will still be a bit away from Illinois but not quite as far as the UK. I could visit her more often if she was there. I can't afford to go to the UK to visit.

I have always been very close to my mother. She is one of my best friends. We get along great and always have. That is probably why I miss her so much when she is gone.

Hi everyone - I am ladybgsgma99's Mom. I miss her too and it will probably be tears all around when I see her. She has always been there for me. When her father was seriously ill she was the one who helped me the most. My other 2 daughters lived away from my home - it was difficult for them to be there because of their families. Ldybgsgma lived in town and never missed a day - often spending the night so I could get some much needed sleep because her dad needed care 24/7.
When I got back in touch with my first love here in the UK in 1997 - she encouraged me to come to England and see him. My youngest daughter and her husband got me a flight and Ray & I have been together ever since. Ldybgsgma loves him - and he loves her too. He never had any children. So he looks on my kids as his.
We are hoping yo find a place in Texas so we can both stay permanently in the USA. He can't stand the extreme cold of Illinois winters that why we are looking for something in the South.
Yes I will be flying to Chicago next Wednesday - Ray will follow me a month later. I can't wait to be with my family again. Ldybgsgma - you have lots of hugs coming and I miss you so bad and love you with all my heart.
