Well your best bet is to watch what you eat, especially before going to bed, and to increase your exercise. If you cut back especially on the carbohydrates (which turn to sugar in the body) it will make a big difference. Many things have carbohydrates so you want to check labels. If you can then add to it even a small amount of exercise you will see a difference. Try walking or taking the stairs instead of an elevator, little things can have a big impact. Try not having anything to eat 3 hours before bed. If you eat before going to bed it turns right to fat because it doesn't have a chance to be burned off. If you drink sugared soft drinks try cutting out some or switching to diet. Hope this helps.

Since you are only 21 years old, it is not difficult for you to lose weight if you make up your mind or have a will power. Firstly, you have to watch out what you eat and eat more vegetable and fruit than meat. You don’t have to have a strict diet. For your height, your weight between 80 and 85 Kg should be fine. As long as you balance what you eat will do. Secondly, it is better start doing some exercise to trim your body and build your muscle. Moderate power walking; jogging, cycling or swimming will do you good. Good luck!

What is your diet like? Do you get physical activity? The key to losing weight and keeping it off is eating healthy, balanced meals and exercising, and sticking to it for the rest of your life! I have never really been overweight, but I had gained a little extra weight a few years ago. The thing that brought my weight back down to where it should be is cutting meat out of my diet. I eat a lot of fruits and veggies and avoid processed foods, meats, and dairy. I have never felt better in my life and my energy level is very high. I did not take up that diet to lose weight, it just kind of happened and leveled off to where I was when I began college. I also try to work out a couple times a week, but I don't always get around to it :x Anyway, my point is you have to find something that works for you and stick with it! Don't do any fad or temporary diets. They don't work. If you are interested, I am a vegan and you could look that up and see if it's something you could try. Whew okay I'm done talking!
