Does anyone have any good advice on how to relieve it? I have fibromyalgia and one of the worst syptoms/side diseases associated with it for me is TMJ. My jaw is contantly grinding and popping. It has gotton stuck in place a couple of times this week. I am in constant pain. If anyone knows of any good remedies, meds, old wives tales, magic lol or whatever. I'm open to suggestions.

I have TMJ and the best relief advice I've ever received was given to me by a teacher. She said to "cluck" your tongue several times. It relieves the tension in the muscles around the joint. Anything you can do to relax will help. Sometimes a nap will do it for me, or a self massage along the neck, shoulder and arm muscles on that side.
