I have read the book but have not seen the movie. There are 2 more books that come after this one. I can't wait to see the movie cause the book was good. The little girl Lyra has a lot to do for a girl her age. It might be a little like Harry Potter series but without all of the magic stuff. I hope that they will make a movie for the next 2 books that come after this one.
