Having writing block

I got up this morning and got a opportunity to write a blog and it will pay me 10 dollars if I do it. Well I sat here and sat here looked over what the customer wants and my mind keeps going blank, took few notes but didn't make any sense. Anyone ever have this happen? Especially one that is going to get paid for.
