Oprah's Big Give - what would you do?

I've never seen the show, but she's running a contest in her magazine, looking for ideas for her show. The top 5 winners get $5,000 to incorporate their idea into reality. What would you choose, and why? (PS - It can't be something that's already being done by another agency).

Well, why not going to the Philippines and try to see the people living in shanties near water in Mindanao.They are called Badjaos.Some children dive when you throw money to the sea

I would start by going around to some local charities and talking to the directors about any needs they have. With all that information I would sit down and try to be very creative about meeting these needs. Alot would depend on the needs and charities that I went to as to what I would do.
