US companies getting outsourced~~~

Hey guys what are your views on the thing that US companies are getting outsourced, even heard that the HR departments are outsorced to cut the cost to company, interviews being held on phone, interviewer sitting at one part of the world and interviewee sitting on another~~~

outsourcing has given quite a number of jobs to our country. i am grateful for that.. more have jobs now in the philippines. i cant say more for americans, of course we are a competition to your workforce... but it is positive for us who gets the job...
