A new favorite for me...

I have fallen in love...with a flavor of ice cream. It is Edy's Peanut Butter Cup ice cream and it is from the "fun flavors" collection - can and ice cream have a "collection"? LOL! Anyway, it has chunks of peanut butter cups, fudge swirls and vanilla bean ice cream. OMG! It is heaven on a spoon and quickly becomes Heaven on my tongue! I am hoping that it isn't a limited edition flavor because I read on the carton that their "Fun Flavors" are sometimes limited or seasonal. They make a really good Pumpkin Pie ice cream for the holidays that are a part of that limited/seasonal edition thing.
Anyway, if you have never tried it, and you like peanut butter cups, go and get some of this stuff. You won't regret it...well, unless you regret what it might do to your butt and waist! LOL!
So, if you have a favorite ice cream, what is it?
I also like Banana, as I mentioned...Pumpkin and I like Mint Chocolate Chip but, I love the other 3 better.

Peanut Butter Cup ice cream sounds like an interesting flavour. It's not one I've come across before, and I've tried lots of ice creams! I have to say it does't immediately appeal to me but I'd be willing to try it, and that might well change my mind. I do like peanut butter, so why not?
My favourite flavours of ice cream are liquorice (which I sadly haven't been able to find since I was a child!), ginger and rum & raisin. But having said that, I'll eat almost any flavour, especially Ben and Jerry's!

You should definitely give it a try. Especially since you like peanut butter. It really is magnificent!
Liquorice ice cream is a peculiar flavor. Have you tried googling it to see if you can find it online? I did see that there are recipes to make it but, I didn't look at all the links so, there might be one in there where you can buy it.
And, ginger, rum and raisin ice cream sounds interesting. I am not a huge fan of ginger but, it might be interesting to try it.
Enjoy the Peanut Butter Cup ice cream if you do decide to give it a shot!

Oh yummy im drooling already. I aint worried about what it will do to my butt and waist this girl of mines doing that already hehehe. My favorite ice cream is mint chocolate chip but oh I may have to try this one soon.

Well who says you have to eat dinner first I say we set the trend i mean when you go out to dinner if you dont have desert first by the time your done theres no room for desert so I say we are trendsetters desert comes first. I was trying to think of a cool name for us rule breaking trendsetters but im clueless lol.

Why even wait until soon? Have your baby daddy go out and get you some! LOL! You won't regret it! It is so good that I daydream about it while I am at work and have gotten into the practice of having my dessert before my dinner. I know..bad girl cortjo! LOL!

I have personally never heard of this Brand. Not sure we would even be able to here, but I Love a good ice cream, and there are some brands out there, that are definately better than others. But Pumpkin Pie Ice Cream does sound heavenly, as I usually will get Baskin Robbins during the Holidays as well.
For me, I am not sure which is my most Favorite brand, but my favorites for Ice Cream are usually ones like Praline Pecan, or anything with Caramel in it. But the one you mentioned does sound good.

If you can find it, I highly recommend it!
I like ice dream with caramel in it too. But, I am not a pecan fan. I don't like any kind of nut in my ice cream. LOL! And, I have tried. It just feels weird to me when I eat it and, I can never get used to the taste. LOL! I know...I am weird! LOL!

hmmm I am not sure i would like that but then I didn't like the sound of ginger ice-cream either until a friend told me how nice it was so i tried it, it was beautiful with a couple of chunks of ginger so i guess it could be another should taste before comment things...

Ooh I love ginger ice cream, especially the ones with the chunks of ginger in. In fact I love everything ginger. Lilaclady, it seems that we have the same tastes in ice cream!

It sounds heavenly! I love peanut butter and PB cups! I'll have to look for it. I am really not a fan of Edy's though- I prefer Friendly's or Breyers :) My favorite ice cream of all time is Mint Chocolate Chip :) Oh yeah! it makes my mouth happy :) and of course I love summer and soft serve-- twist is my favorite :)

LOL! It is heavenly and, I just did my grocery shopping today so, I got a new carton of it. I eat one carton a week. It isn't the full size. It is like a half size or something.
I like Mint Chocolate Chip too but, whew...that peanut butter cup stuff has me all kinds of devoted right now! LOL!

My god woman, you've put me off my favorite summer treat for the rest of my life!

My supermarket just recently got a shipment of the Edy's "fun Flavors" too and I decided to pick out the Double Fudge Brownie flavor--OMG is it ever good! I know my waistline isn't going to thank me for this treat though as I'm gobbling it up like crazy...groan

Peanut butter cup ice cream sounds like heaven. I love mint chocolte chip ice cream and also chocloate chip cookie doguht. I have never had banana ice cream before I have have banana pudding but not banana ice cream it sounds good.

You should try both the Peanut Butter Cup ice cream and Banana. If I remember correctly, the ice cream store around the corner has two versions of banana. One is made with real bananas and the other is banana flavored ice cream that had little bits of nilla wafers mixed in it.
Either way, my first recommendation is the Peanut Butter Cup ice cream since I know for sure that that one is in stores. I don't know of a brand that has a good banana ice cream. If you have a Brewsters ice cream store around you, you might try their banana ice cream.

In terms of all the delicious food that you all seem to get across the water, I would move over there in an instant. Because in the UK we do not get many interesting foods at all, especially not icecream, it is all pretty boring. I do like mint choc chip though, especially if it has big chunks of choccie in it.

See! Now, what you need to do is just make a visit to one of our great vacation spots, go to a grocery store wherever you go, grab some of the treats we get here, take it back to your hotel and eat it like there is not tomorrow...or just over the time that you are here! LOL!
And, I agree! The chunkier chocolate pieces in Mint Chocolate Chip definitely makes it better.

I love peanut butter cup ice cream but I don't like the Edy's brand of ice cream at all. It just doesn't suit my taste buds. I actually tasted this ice cream at a mall here in Trinidad and it was actually Gelato. Yummy! I think everything has it's special collection or limited edition stuff to it. I guess ice cream is no exception.

I never really adored any of the other Edy's ice creams until the special edition Pumpkin and now this one!
I don't really think I am brand loyal to too many things. LOL! Maybe Kroger (one of our local grocery store chains) brand Pretzels. They are perfect! LOL!

banana pudding that edy's makes is soooo goood but I cant eat to much ice cream products any more which really bites because i love ice cream. Just another way for life to deprive me of the things i love the most. Sorry bad day.

I'm sorry you don't get to enjoy ice cream products. Do you mind me asking why?
And, if you can enjoy any of them, look at it this way...when you do, you automatically look at it in an even heavenlier light than the rest of us because it may be a long time before you can eat it again.
I hope that you do get a chance to try it! I am here for you if you need to let loose about your bad day!

I think that icecream flavor sounds delicious! Yummy! But it's just sad that we do not have that here in my country. Well, my favorite icecream would have to be vanilla. It may be plain but at least I get the satisfaction I need. I just love the dairy taste of it... Yummy yum yum!

I like Vanilla too! Vanilla, whether the smell or the flavor, has a soothing, calming effect on me.
Can you get Peanut Butter Cups in your country? If so, you might just try to make your own Peanut Butter Cup ice cream. Just cut up some of the peanut butter cups, get some fudge and shred it using a grater and put them on top of the vanilla ice cream. I don't know if it will be as good but, it is worth a shot if you can find those ingredients.
