Ever have one of those days where you think what kinda kids did I raise? Well I did today. I decided that before my oldest babseball practice we would go get some pizza well it was nice so we ate outside. By the time we were done I had to kids that looked as if they had used the pizza to paint their faces i mean it was everywhere noses, forehead all over. The were eating like they had never seen food before. Whew so anyone else been just in total shock by something there kids have done in public that you know is out of character? Heck doesnt have to be your kids maybe someone else you know?

God I love kids, they are so fun and unreserved. I know a little boy who said "Wow mom you have a vagiant" He shouted this as loud as he could in a crowded public restroom. The woman was mortified and she didn't think it was funny at the time. I think it's hysterical. Valarge, vamedium, or vsmall wouldn't have been less embarrassing would it?

Oh dont get me started sister my son does it every day. Just 2 hours ago in the grocery shop a mother got some salami and took out a slice for her son and my son started yelling at him ' hey stop, dont eat that" we all had a good lough. At a pizza shop few weeks ago I said to my son come on tell the man what you want he goes' Thats a grandod (grandad) not man' (the man was about 35 bold and on the heavy side. Oh and often he tells people off n shops for touching things or living them where they dont belong.

There have been few (thankfully, very few) instances when my now 7 year old has behaved so out of character in public...that I was too shocked to even apologize or make an excuse! Though your's is funny...mine did have something that was troubling my son (which we did solve). We have this neighbour, whose daughter is the same age as our son and they are good friends. When we go out together, we find this normally well behaved kids end up being total monkeys and making lots of noise and the only way to stop all the stares we get is by both the mothers having a 'talk' to their kids and pulling out one of those travel games that we always have in the car.

The Only thing my Baby does , and It drives me Crazy ( this is what some folks do in the Country , BUT NOT ME!!! AAAGGGHHH ) he wings his pants off to take a tinkle! Now he's just a little One , so he thinks this is Okay.....maybe in the country , where there's noone around for 20 Miles......But I caught him a few weeks ago @ My Mom's ( in the City ) He Decided he had to Tinkle , thank-God I was there I caught the Little Bugger , before anything happened! He's completely innocent in doing this , But I don't want ANY trouble from the Law , over something this trivial!

My son did this once years ago on my front step i was so mad. We dont live in the country either and well he could have turned 90 degrees and hit a bush but no he thought the front door was a better place to tinkle.

When my nephew was younger, he made lots of animal noises. I wasn't in total shock. I thought it was funny and I actually encouraged that behavior, "What does the doggy say?" and so forth. Actually, he didn't need my encouragement most of the time, because sometimes he'd do dinosaur noises without me saying anything.

My son has also always had a very good appetite. When he was about 2 years old we were eating at an atrium type restaurant that had a winding goldfish pond going through it. By the time our food arrived my son had wandered a good ways off following the fish pond. I called to him to come eat and he came running full speed with his mouth wide open. It was so funny, like he thought he was going to catch some food in his mouth while he ran to the table. He gave everyone a good chuckle.

Goodness I just wrote a nice paragraph and wasn't even logged in... My son acts out like sponge bob or Patrick or solider guys I think it's really cute sometimes... I'd go and peek outside and he'd be acting out all sort of different charters from the shows that he watches... However I have never seen him using pizza sauce or anything like that on his face... I have sense other kids acting things out like this too and I think it is better than tv sometimes...

I am so sorry this was suppose to be for a different topic grrr this is what I get for not paying attention.... Again I am sorry here is my real answer... Sometimes yes my son eats his foods pretty fast and ends up making a mess but it's never really all over his face more around his mouth than anything... I have seen other kids though with much dirtier faces it's like wow.... kinda get a giggle out of it!!

Your kids a Caveman huh that sounds funny hehehe, anyway don't get offended by me because they are kids and maybe they still don't know what their doing. Maybe they love to play caveman thing as they are influenced by what they see in the movies. So don't worry darling, your kids will change it is normal stage for a growing kid.

With 4 kids that are now grown or nearly there, the shock wore off long ago. My poor 14 year old is the youngest and she has had to really work at getting a rise out of me for anything she could come up with. She is pretty creative....i'll give her that. Today she went to school with no shoes. Why? Because the dress code does not clearly state that shoes must be worn in school. It only states what kind can't be worn. So I was amused but more so that not one teacher noticed until school was ready to be let out.

ya, she is a fun kid....it just isn't fun running up to the school all the time to answer. In art they had free time which meant they could paint anything they want to. She did ask the teacher if she really could paint anything and the teacher said yes...this is your time to be creative. she painted her friend and I got called in. last halloween....she went to school attached with handcuffs...real ones...to her friend. Ooops they forgot a key ingredient ....like the key. I had to go up and sign her out of school so the key could be retrieved. Shall I continue....it has been an ongoing source of entertainment here.

my child is still young and so far besides pooping in public or inside a resto that all of the costumers can smell har har har, he is fine. maybe when he reach a certain age where he will sometimes forget that he is eating out and not eating at home. i've seen my niece and nephews like that. but what can we do they are kids. kids has this spirit that everything is fun. they look at life in a simple and fun way.

Oh Minnie I think that they are all like it!!we took my grandson to a shopping centre, and my daughter said Oh he must be hungry ..so we stopped at Mc Donals and we had a coffee and we got him a kids meal, well lol there was more on the floor than ever went into his mouthand there was me down on the floor picking it up and trying to wipe the floor with a napkin, the girl came along with her dustpan and brush and I was apologising just because i felt embarassed!!,so my thoughts were if he had been that hungry he would have eaten his food rather than smearing it all over him and chucking it onto the floor!!!

My kids never got beat by me. they did get a spanking now and then though. One day in a K-Mart my daughter (you) did something that was not right so I yelled at her to stop it. Suddenly at the top of her lungs she screamed loudly, "Don't beat me daddy!" Gawd was I ever embarressed. So to this day I try to pay you back by embarrassing you. Not really but that was funny after it happened. This was a one time thing and it never happened agaion. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM DADDY!!~

I can do that sometimes minnie especially if the sandwich is too big for me and with all the yummy beef and veggies inside! LOL, but as an adult we always follow it by wiping right away! I use to laugh also at my friend's kids whenever I will bring a pizza in their house and her 2 and half yr old babies will be trying to eat it and leave all the colors in their faces! It's always funny!

Well, I think you don't have to worry with that. Kids are kids and are having fun. So enjoy the moment and have fun too! I'm sure that when they come to the right age, they will be acting differently. Besides, thats pizza! I love pizza! I would not mind if they call me caveman as long as I am eating pizza. Best to you and your kids!

I have a 6 year old who wears his food, he is a nightmare, when we are out he just gets covered. My daughter likes to exclaim loudly when we are out that someone has farted, and it stinks, she is 2. My 16 year old seems to revert to the age of 6 and will throw food if he thinks no one is looking. Oh do not get me wrong they are well behaved, even though they do not sound it, its just that when we go out they seem to leave their manners back at home and just become "common as muck" as my Mum would say.
