Hey guys, there's a plan in mind. The companies in US are getting outsourced to different part of world as you all know. Local computer technicians charge the customers a lot. If anyone is interested to start a business to get online help from India, i can arrange labour who can work online to get the computers fixed. Depending upon the problem the rates can be assigned which would not exceed more than 20-30 dollars/incident. Anyone interested in trying it can reply me back which would be a good way to earn money.

I'm in the IT line. I have a registered company. Tell you the truth, it's kinda expensive even if you charge USD20. It's equivalent to at least RM60 in Malaysia. Is that for corporate rate or house hold end user rate that you're talking about?

I'm actually taking for the technicians working in US. They wont need to hire any sub-technicians at their tech-shops and whenever a customer comes to them, my labour would take remote access and fix the issue for which customer would pay the technician in US arround 50-100 dollars and we would charge that technician arround 25-50 dollars.

What do you say guys will it work?? It can result in a fruitful and expandable business as you all know outsourcing is expanding like anything.... Hope this message reaches the concerned people using Mylot~~~ CHEERS~~~
