I have a Bachelor in Science degree and i'm quite comfortable with my job (in payroll software)...but here's the thing. I'm not all that interested in studying further but my parents want me to pursue further studies something like an MBA or an MCA. Besides, these courses are very expensive and i dont think i have that kind of money or energy to do full justice to them. What d'you think? Is further education important or can i just get by doing what i'm doing right now?

Most of the time, managers end up getting their MBA. See if you can get your company to pick up the tab. It is worth checking into at any rate. If you don't want to go back to school, make sure you continue learning. Take advantage of continuing education or corporate opportunities. Also, consider documenting your accomplishments in a portfolio. Good luck with your decision!

This is my personal opinion and the final decision is within your hands. You are already in the right age to decide for yourself. It's not your parents anymore who will decide for you since you have finished a degree. They might be suggesting that to you. But it's you who will decide. Thank you!
