does height play a major issue in how people are accepted in society? what do you think?

They've actually done studies and found out the short people are generally paid less and promoted less and less often. In general, CEO's tend to be on the taller side of the spectrum. So I wear heels all the time to even the odds. Being short doesn't pay.
