How Many Of You Use Traffic Exchanges and Which Ones?

Any spesific reason why surfnexus is a good traffic exchanges? I think traffic exchanges just to manipulate number of traffic, but actually no visitor pay attention to the contents in web/blog we promote.

well i think trafficpunk is the best traffic exchange that i have but some of them dont want community site to rotate and some site broke the link bar to it so some cant earn from them.

I find using Hoopla a great way to keep track of the 5 most popular Traffic Exchanges. It is also easier to get referrals to your Traffic Exchanges when promoting this one. Free to join and very easy to use. Give you an update every tuesday of wich ones are most popular, but it seems that the top five are usually the same from week to week.
