Dried fish

Someone from Cebu,Philippines gave me as akind of gift different varieties of dried fish from Cebu which is called danggit.There are about 2 centimeter long crispy ones.The large ones are more salty and not so crispy.They are best served with fried rice, vinegar with chili as dip and black coffee.Wow!

Did you try the dried bulinaw? They are smaller. You can find those at SM but they are cheaper in Taboan.
