dried fish-Tuyo

i waonder if there is Tuyo or dried fish in the other parts of the world

now I wonder too.. my mom sends dried fish to her bestfriend in Canada... I dont think they have tuyo there because it will smell bad for them when it is cooked... even though its really good especially when with champorado...
