Mediation is when the parties settle their disputes with a conciliator or mediator; arbitration is when a person you agree on settles the dispute. Which do you like best?

It is better to go for a conciliator, where you are free to take a decision on your own, you are free to speak your requirements and wants, you can or cannot bother the mediator's decision as well as the other party, all the time. You can move to court,if you don't approve the decision given by the Conciliator..In case of arbitration,it is like a court, you will have to obey the decision, you cannot move to the local civil court, instead you can move to higher courts.
