The military government is asking that gov'ts send materials only and not personnel. You know they're going to sell the aid supplies on the black market to add to their own wealth and the people will never get the majority of the aid. I'll bet we see a full-blown medical crises such as cholera that spreads to other countries. All this because of greed. Love of money is truly the root of most evil!
