I have been exposed to so much Radiation lately

My eyes are tired and it seem that I really need to get some rest but I am still trying to aim to get to my goal so I must work hard still. After a few minutes when I cannot take it anymore, I will give up and give my body a chance to regenerate and unwind and a time to rest my weary mind and body as well. My eyes are very vital to me so I don't intend to damage it at times. There are actually certain circumstances wherein I am not able to read my books but here in my lot instead I love reading the discussions. Have a great time guys and get some rest as well later. ^_^

My eyes have been hurting a lot just lately, I think that I spend way too much time sitting staring at this computer screen all day, I need to take a break from it every now and again!! I spend a lot of hours on here too reading all the discussions, there are so many of them sometimes and they are all so interesting!!

It is definitely important to take care of your eyes. I have vision in both, but only my right eye is it good enough to actually read. I can go for a while, but then start getting headaches and so I have to take a break or sometimes quit the eye strenuous activity for the day.
