What's your worst time for cravings? And, how do you deal with it?

Not sure why, but I get very strong cravings for sweets between 9 and 11 PM. Not sure why I would get cravings at that time, but I do. Sometimes I have to give in to a craving, but that's not very good for the diet. I've tried eating fruit to get rid of the food cravings, but that just makes me even more hungry. When do you get your strongest cravings? And, how do you deal with the cravings? Do you find that some foods actually bring on cravings? Are there foods that help suppress cravings? Would love to know.

I get cravings all the time. Sometimes I ignore them, other times I cave majorly. My cravings hit anytime throughout the day. I know that some drinks, sodas mostly, will make cravings worse. I usually try to suppress my cravings by drinking water. If that doesn't work I give in a little and have a bit of my craving.

Yep i so agree with you Queen, its between 10 and 12 for me. If I go to bed with out my chocolate and glass of milk inevitably I will wake up an hour or 2 later just to give in any way because my stomach is not going to leave me at peace till I do. I don't know any thing to stave off the cravings, other than giving in to it .... LMAO soo sorry no help here.
