Do you take vitamin supplements? I don't usually but my partner does so there are always bottles around that are of some interest. I particularly like the echinacea, garlic, zinc and C combination. This is good for when I get hayfever or can feel a little cold coming on. I like to take this tablet as well as Vitamin E. Vitamin E is very good for you also when I took the real age test (www.realage.com) it told me that I don't get enough of Vitamin E in my diet. So what, if any, supplements do you take?

I take a supplement called 'V' and another supplement called Citrus Bioflavanoid, both from Solgar. I highly recommend both of them. The 'V' is a bit pricey, but my body responds well to it. Solgar has several excellent supplements.

I take Centrum and a B complex vitamin. I'm also supposed to take calcium, but my doctor told me that it's more effective to take it NOT in conjunction with iron, which Centrum has. So I'm supposed to take the calcium at night, and I always forget it, because it's not a part of my nightly routine.

No, I don't take vitamin pills. My mom insist that we get all of our nutritions from food. Thus I just don't have this habit. Besides, I think if we take too much vitamins, we will depend on them sooner or later. Thus I prefer not to.

My Mum buys me vitamins nearly every year, although i think they're unecessary if you have a healthy diet. I do take them when I remember, but more because I'd rather not see whem go to waste than for any other reason! I just tried to take the test you mentioned, but I got flummoxed and gav eup ont he first page when I could work out my wieght! Perhaps I need some sort of brain power supplement today!!

I take Women's One a Day vitamins. It's just one vitamin once a day. I wasn't sure if I was taking what I needed, but I read a study on a news site about the vitamins that have been found to work best, and the ones that work the least. Women's One a Day vitamins was on there to work the best, so I kept on taking it. I'm often anemic, and I get tired of taking iron supplements when that happens, so I make sure to take a vitamin. I should just eat more red meat, but for some reason the older I get, the harder it is for my to want to consume any of it.

Yes, we take all of those and more. The most necessary are Ester-C, Coenzyme Q-10, B-complex, and a potent multi/mineral, but we take others as well. I used to use echinacea in the winter months, but now I mainly use Astragalus instead. If tired or stressed I take both and extra zinc, too.

I do not take any vitamin supplements at all, I do not suppose that I really believe in it. I will take the test though and see what it says. I just try to get all my vitamins and minerals from the everyday food that I eat.
