Scolarship for master degre

Not sure about specifically civil engineering, but the best resource is your local library. They keep an active list of all the scholarship opportunities at local universities. Many people are going to tell you to do online searches. As I'm sure you have found out, they are very difficult to decipher, and even if they do come from a reputable university, it's hard to decipher whether it if for the current academic year. Are you in the US or overseas? Are you looking to stay in your area, or are you open to graduate schools in other states. The university I attended(Virginia Commonwealth University) has a great engineering program and is nationally ranked. I have a friend who is now in Graduate school for civil engineering, I will ask him where he looked for scholarships, and post again tomorrow.
