Yesterday, when my friends and I saw the misiles and tanks parading cross the Red Square in Russia. One of my friends argued with me.
He said that" Oh, it's cool~~"
I said that " Nothing cool actually,it just likes show off."
Friend said that " Do you know the range of the the ballistic missile? and how many people will it kill once?"
I said" I don't know, and I don't want to know, may be the death would be you and me. I don't like the war, and I believe no one like the war."
He said that" there are something with the war??"
Then our dialoge became argument, and finally I said that " Ok Ok, we are different kind of people, and we have nothing in commen."
This was not the first time I quarraled with him. We two guys just like ,you know, dog and cat~~~
Yes, we are all different, right? Do U have a friend who always acts against you~~~Or what will you If you come across this kind of thing~~

we all are different from each other. we all have different personalities, likes, dislikes and interests but we become friends with different people because in some ways we have certain similarities. and i have friends who do think differently in how i think. i say circle she says square, i say run they say jump, i say orange he says apple. lol. me and a highschool friend of mine were like cats and dogs just like your friend and i got annoyed with it and we had a very big arguement, but i realized that was wrong. i should have talked to her more rationally. and i realize that i can never exactly change the way they think but i do try to get my point across the best way i can, calmly of course, in the hopes that they would also see it in my point of view. and in return i would listen to them and try to see it in their point of view. your friend is probably fascinated with weaponry, it is one of mans greates inventions. how man uses this invention is another story though. it could be seen as something like lets say you liking a certain camera, and your friend says 'nothing cool about that'. and you try your best to explain to your friend that the camera is amazing and etc., but still he doesnt find any interest in it. he probably felt what you feel about the missiles. and the thing thats common with both of you is that you feel passionate about the interst that you have and he feels passionate about the interst that he has. i guess one of the reasons why have friends is to be a more well-rounded person and to know more of the world, even though we dont like what we see, it could be helpful to just know about it. know what i mean?
happy mylotting

Yes I had a friend that saw the glass as half empty, and I would say half full! But true friends can agree to disagree. Good luck with your friend. #:)
What were the tanks in Red Square for?
