Why a good priest still think to leave the priesthood?

I know many ex-priest who is a good priest. He is not only a good homilist but also in his way of life. He lives and goes well with his parishioners but still after many years of service he decided to leave the priesthood.
What do you think is the reason why he leaves the priesthood?
