Hmmmmm....i can't think of a very challenging one right now. Finishing a italian book and wiping my tears after i've read it--i guess it was a challenge for me, for i am not an italian, but i did understand the book and was deeply touched. "La Pagina della Mia Vita"

The most challengin thing for me so far was moving to the other side of the world at 18 away from everyone i have ever known. Though taht makes it sound really had - but it wasn't thankfully it was an amazing experience, and I found it fairly easy and didn't actually miss them. But the challenge was to do it in the first place. Especially when at the time I had a boyfriend who said he loved me and a job I really enjoyed.

the most challenging thing I have done so far is go back to college at age fifty four. I was quite overweight and far from young but I needed two more years to get my BA and I stuck it out and got my degree. It was far from easy and I had gone to one of the snootiest us in the state. I was ridiculed because of my weight and my age but by golly I keep working and I got my degree in spite of being the oldest one in some of my classes.

It was getting on a small motor boat to travel in another part of the island for an hour with mad waves that can really shove us out.

I have had alot of challenges but the biggest one was when I had to move out and do things for my self w/ no help. I have always stayed w/ other people and relied on them for alot of the things I have to do on my own now. At first I didn't think I could do it but as time went on I saw that it wasn't so bad and like the challenge. I have been doing this challenge for 8 yrs now and I am glad I took it on for it was well worth it.

The most challenging thing I've done so far is to become a wildland firefighter, I was with a volunteer fire dept for 9 years, the only female firefighter in the department. The training was not easy, but I was determined to do it. I now work for the forestry service. The second most challenging thing I did was move 1600 miles from my home state and family.

The most challenging thing I've done was to train as an officer of the Reserved Officers Training Course during my college days. The training was tough and grinding. The good thing is that I passed and finished the course. It feels good after all those physically-draining activities. That was so far the toughest one I had been. But the real action is how we live our life for the service of others. It's tough everyday!
