What's the best pot pie you've ever eaten?

Today I tried the Marie Callender frozen Chicken Alfredo pot pie. My official verdict: It was delicious. Not sure if it really tastes like Chicken Alfredo (at least I think that is the official name), but it was definitely tasty. So, what's the most delicious tasting pot pie that you've ever had? Was it the frozen variety or homemade from your own recipe (and if so, could you share the recipe?) I have thought of creating a pizza pot pie. Maybe that's not even possible, but I am craving pizza, so that could explain the wild notion. OK. It's your turn. Tell me what you're thinking.

The best pot pies I've ever eaten were homemade and made by my late father-in-law. Mm, mm talk about delicious! Big hearty chunks of chicken, along with all the veggies that go along with it. He never skimped on anything. It was always soooo good! Unfortunately my father-in-law passed away a few years ago. I never did get the recipe. Not that it matters. It would never turn out to be as good as his anyway. As for the best non homemade pot pies, that would have to be from KFC. They're not quite as good as homemade, of course, but they're pretty darn good for a fast food place! Happy mylotting!

The best pot pie I have ever eaten is one that I have made from scratch. I used real butter for the crust. Yummy! I like to get the Banquet frozen pot pies sometimes. They are no where near great, but they are good. The price is right too.

I have had Marie Callender myself. I think mine was a chicken pot pie though. It tasted the best to me. The vegtables and meat were large portions. It was a pot pie very worth eating.
