does runescape accept unverified paypal accounts???

hey guys, i've been playing runescape for a little while, and really wanna upgrade and try out the member stuffs. i've been making money online so i can do that, and soon i will be able to afford it. however, according to their website, runescape accepts only verified paypal accounts.
is this true?? hav any of u been able to pay with unverified paypal accounts??

it has been confirmed you dont need a credit card or bank account to pay runescape for runescape membership via pay by cash paypal have fun beening a member.

How come your PayPal account is not yet verified?
I wasn't able to purchase anything through my PayPal until I verified - and verification is really simple - they will deposit two small amounts into your bank account, you find out what they are and enter those amounts on the website.
I'd just wait until your verified =)

haha, lol, well, i don't have a bank account right now....
lol, no, i did, but i took all the money out and invested the money in bonds =[
and i can't access that until 5 years are up!! :O
darn...well...i'll figure it out hopefully...thanx anyway
