How can a virtuous woman easily be distinguished from a lustful and worldly mother in her maner of dressing?

You cannot judge a person by how they dress. A lustful woman may dress like a business professional and someone who had virtues may dresslike a hooker. You know the saying "You can't judge a book by its cover."
