Do you kiss your cat?

Okay, when I didn't have a pet, I swore to people that I would never kiss my pets on the face. However, since I had Fluffy, she has been like my little child, being that I can't have human children of my own. I just can't help it but to kiss on that little face sometimes. She is 7 weeks old and just so cute! She is only about 3 pounds now. Sometimes I feed her a bottle and after I get done feeding her, I give her these little kisses. She just sit there and let me give her those motherly kisses. Okay, be honest yall! Don't make me look bad! Do yall ever kiss your pets on the face?

I kiss my kitties on the face all the time!! That doesn't mean they like it, though... they usually just deal with me fussing over them. They don't mind me kissing them as long as I have been petting them hehe They are sweethearts. I love my cats. Now, dogs are a whole other story. I don't mind kissing dogs on the face, but not the lips and NOT if they are going to lick my face... I don't like getting licked on the face by dogs.

I agree with you. I donot like a dog licking my face. Although i may kiss their muzzle. You know whats really weird? I had a tomcat that liked to lick! I thought that was strange. Never had a cat like that one before. Had a dog once that loved to constantly lick. Put her to good use. Always watched tv getting my feet licked. It was like a foot message.! LOL!

I have to admit that I do kiss my kitty occasionally, lol. I don't do it a lot,
though. Just a little kiss on the head
is all she gets. XD

Of course I do! None of my cats appreciates it. Columbus, for example, begins to back off. He HATES being kissed on the nose and face. Waffles tolerates it. Mimi becomes annoyed and starts switching her tail. But I don't care. I've always kissed my cats. I used to kiss my cats deliberately in front of my dad, who would make a face and say yuck, lol. However, I wouldn't kiss dogs. My sister kisses her dogs, though, all of the time.

So I am not crazy. A lot of us do kiss our cats on the face. I am so glad I am not the only one. I even kiss her in public. Some people look at me crazy, but I don't care.

I know what you mean. It seems like Fluffy that loves the attention. She sits there a lets me kiss her. Sometimes it looks like she is laughing.

I kiss my cats...dos that make me Irish?...lol Mine give me nose kissies back. My one cat will get up behind me on my pillow and comb my hair with her claws until I turn around and give her a kissie. Cats are wonderful, little furry friends.

Well, thank god. Im glad to read some of these responces here. or i would not have answered. Yes , i have kissed my pets before. Cats and dogs. They like it too. Some of mine even kiss me too. That is how i know they love it too. They even kiss each other.

i do with the ones that will let me.one of my boys turns his head like "don't kiss me,mom".he used to let me when he was a kitten.i guess he's too grown up now LOL

Dear friend,
I do not have cats as pets. But I do kiss my dogs not on lips on the sides of body. They too I hope like that and try to lick my feet, I had not yet kissed any other animals. I also kissed parrots on its forehead and also squirell which was my first pet.

I kiss my cat from time to time. I don't know if he knows what's happening,cuz I don't think he grew up with kisses,but he seems to tolerate it well.

I kiss my kitty all the time and I am not afraid to admit it. He hates all the close up attention, he pretty much hates all attention but, he is just so darn cute, I can't help myself, hehe
