Have you ever attended a "Taste of Home" party? I attended one a few weeks ago and had a blast! I love cookbooks. I will actually take a cookbook to read in bed sometimes. They gave everyone a couple of books with all kinds of recipies in them. I can't wait to try some of them out (esp. the desserets). If you love to cook and get a chance to attend one GRAB IT you will enjoy it. My daughter and a friend of hers decided to take their mothers. As one of their mothers i say THANK YOU! Can't wait till next year.

I haven't attended one of those, but if you want to have a cooking party, I can invite a few friends over for a eating party.

No thanks, I want to watch somebody else cook something so that i can try to cook it later! However if you want to cook something i'm sure i can get several friends over to watch(i'm not sure if they will actually eat it though).

No i never have but after hearing you talk about it i wouldn't mind attending one if it was on one of my less-painful days.

I think that is an interesting topic for a party, and great for cookers, but I'm definitely not interested...it's probably because I'm not a talented cook. :(

Even if your not intrested in cooking, if you like to eat you might still enjoy one ,because you get to eat what they cook.

I don't think I've ever heard of that. I know a friend of mine and her daughter go to something in Jacksonville once a year, it's for women, some kind of....I don't know what the name of it is, I want to say 'Women of the World' but I know that's not it. I think they have booths and samples of food and stuff. Have you ever heard of it?
